At Luxe by Kan, we strive for perfection, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Luxe by Kan account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective dust bags, authenticity cards, and documentation are included to prevent damage.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our specialists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
